On average we get an even split of solo travellers and couples on our holiday.
We have 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. A seventh bedroom has a private bathroom directly opposite the room on a private corridor. All showers have a rain shower head as well as a handheld shower head. One room has a rain shower over a bath. The rain shower mimics the feel of the rain, so you can enjoy a relaxing warm shower every day.
Yes, we are very used to catering for special diets. All the meals are prepared by Simon and Lucy with care and love. Gluten free, lactose free, pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, we can cater for all diets, providing interesting, varied, and delicious meals.
Walking in the Spanish Pyrenees is not about the number of km but the height gain and terrain. All our small group activity holidays involve walking/hiking to one degree or another.
We do offer a walking/hiking grade for each of our holidays, this ranges from easy to moderate to challenging. A link on each holiday page will take you to our Guided Walks page where each of these grades are explained.
We recommend a pair of good walking boots for all our holidays. Ideally ones with ankle support to reduce the risk of a sprain or a twist, particularly over rocky terrain.
We always send a kit list specific to each holiday two weeks before your departure date.
No, but in the salon we have a kettle, tea, coffee, and lot’s of different infusions. The salon is always left open for access 24/7.
