Yoga is more than flexibility and strength it is about our wellbeing.  Connect with nature as we take you outside for our yoga classes which are between an hour and an hour and a half long.  Open your eyes to different types of yoga with the opportunity to experience, Vinyasa yoga Hatha yoga and Kundalini yoga, all with expert instruction.
From the beginner to the more practiced yogi, simply relax and let our instructors guide you.
