Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden.
Non respect of the no smoking rule will incur an extra cleaning charge of €60.
The house accommodates upto 4 people. Your rental contract will specify the number of people that can stay for your rental period.
No pets are allowed in the house.
The guest should arrive at the time specified on the contract or agreed in advance with the owner.
Cancellation by the Guest
If you need to cancel your holiday you must advise us immediately by phone and send a confirmation by email to us at email@example.com.
The following cancellation charges apply:

Cancellation by the Owners
In the highly unlikely event the owner has to cancel the booking (due to forces outside of our control) the owner will arrange alternative accommodation of the same quality.
Payment & Security Deposit
We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer. Full details and payment schedule are provided in the rental contract.
Security/Booking Deposit Payment
Payment of the security deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Security Deposit Refund
In the unlikely event of missing items or damages beyond normal wear and tear, a deduction will be made. Any deduction will be discussed with the guest.
The owner has up to 1 month to refund the deposit minus deductions. The deposit will be refunded to the credit card, or by bank transfer, within 7 days of departure, subject to no damages or losses. If the deposit is to be refunded by bank transfer, we will need your account details.
Payment of Rental
This is due in accordance with the schedule and payment options in the rental contract.
Condition of the Property
The house is cleaned and checked after every rental to ensure everything is in good condition, from the house itself to the furniture and equipment. The owner will try to resolve any issues before the arrival of the next guests. If this proves impossible, then any problems will be pointed out to the new guests on arrival. If something is missed, the guest has 24 hours to notify the owner. After this time the house and all its contents are considered to be in good condition.
In case of any damage, breakdowns, missing items or breakages during the stay, it is obligatory to inform the owner immediately (the same day) and not leave it until the day of departure. Failure to do so will incur further deductions from the security deposit in addition to the cost of any damages.
Cleaning of the house before and after the rental is included, but the guest must leave the house tidy and remove all rubbish on departure.
If you have cause for complaint about any aspect of your stay, please notify us directly and without delay.
